Got Bio metrics appointment at Boston USCIS for the 01/28/20
01/17/20 tried my luck and walked into USCIS and they took my bio metrics due to circumstances (I need to be in Canada for an appointment. The website updated the same day.
I'll keep updating as online forums have been really helpful to me
