Asking about form I-693 (Vaccination and Medical Record)
Last month I received a courtesy letter about for I 693 so I started to look up on the accredited clinics of the USCIS. These two clinics that I called told me that it’s gonna be $697 for the vaccination but the physical is free. How much you guys spent for your form 693? I live here in the Bay Area And Any idea if it’s covered by insurance? Thankyou in advance!
