December 2019 Case ready to be interviewed
Interview date is January 23 , 2020.
My husband went to jail in the past . I really want to know if this will affect our case? . I’ve read that once it’s not the beneficiary who is in that situation, then it won’t be a problem . We are planning to move back to New Jersey In a month or so so he renewed his Liscence with his old New Jersey address instead of the NY address on our lease . Will this be a problem ?
