Adjustment of Status - I-485

Hey guys, i need your help, I apply for I 130 i 485 i 765 and i 131 on 2019. i have done fingerprint and all they ask for request for evidence and i also reply back to them ask quick as possible. so Im now awaiting their decision.

The Problem that i am really having is that my wife is giving hell. I truly try my best to work things out with her in many ways I can. In which i end up in hospital, because of her, i was stress and in the state of depression which i had a mental breakdown. Currently she finally get her heart desire of getting me out of her house and she threaten me that she will go the extra mile to get me out of the country. she want me deported. Guys the stress load is heavy at this present moment.

I'm currently staying at one of my church sister house and she mention to me that i can change my case to vawa case. so I when online to check the requirement and evidence for Vawa but I dont have certain evidence to show i just only a have a few of the evidence such as :

1. Medical Record- Mental Breakdown
2. Lease in both our names
3. Picture of her tearing up my clothes
4 Health Proxy
5 Power of attorney
6. Insurance both names
7. Pictures of the weddings with her family and friends
8. Text message of threated
9. affidavits of persons who know what my wife is doing to me
10. caught her cheating- Pics To prove

Can you please advise me if i have enough evidence to file for vawa and good lawyer to as well please!
