Send renew EAD Card November 2019
Received renewed EAD Card December 2019
I haven't received any information about out interview or my daughter I-130 petition.
It's been 5 years since I hold my daughter. Her 11th birth is coming up and I've thinking about applying for the travel document. So I can go see her and have her meet her 3yr old sister for the first time.
I know you guys cant give any legal advice but I would love to hear your thoughts on this.
Should I go ahead and apply for the travel document or just wait it out? I've having dreams about holding her. Last night I wake up with tears in my eyes. Words cant express how much I miss her and long to see,smell her and hold her. Please I don't know how else to handle this.
