USCIS is ignoring my expedite
Honestly I’m very frustrated, I have put in two expedite so far and faxed evidence, only for them to be ignored and go unanswered. I spoke to a tier 2 officer and she basically said my case was not assigned to anybody at all, including my I-130 petition which my husband told them to upgrade but they haven’t because they did not assign it to anyone. I called my congressman to help me and they put in an inquiry; now I’m seeing I have another expedite request that was put in on my behalf and they will probably ask me to fax evidence for the third time and ignore it! Should I contact the ombudsman at this point? I mean this is ridiculous, I’m already at 182 days, and I’m tired of the foolishness
