Is there any June 2019 filers????
Here is my timeline.
•05/23/2018—Filed I-130, I-485, I-765 without lawyer In California
•06/3/2018—Fingerprints completed
•06/14/2018—I-485 RFIE letter received
•06/29/2018—I-485 RFIE was delivered to USCIS
•10/22/2018—I-485 RFIE #2 letter received
•10/30/2018—I-485 RFIE #2 Was delivered to USCIS
•01/16/2019—requested to change my address due to us moving to Connecticut.
•01/29/2019—I-485 & I-765 was denied
•06/21/2019—re-filed I-485, I-765 and we filed I-601 with our lawyer due to the first I-485 was denied because of sponsor and we also needed to file I-601 but we didn’t at first.
•07/23/2019—Fingerprints completed
•07/24/2019—fingerprints review completed
•07/24/2019—received letter of I-130 denial due to not showing to interview which it was scheduled in Los Angeles CA field office but we had already moved months prior to Connecticut and we had already changed our address.
•08/13/2019—my lawyer filed I-290B because our I-130 was denied.
