10/9 : Concurrent Filing of EAD & Family Based GC
12/2 : Request to expedite EAD approved & USCIS requests additional information (I-765)
12/7 : USCIS sends mail requesting notarized Birth Certificate for I-485
12/19 : Request for Addition Info for EAD expedite submitted
My work place helped me respond to the RFI with a letter claiming financial loss to the individual and the firm. I submitted it via fax.
12/19 : Reaching out to senator's office for assistance in expediting EAD
1/1 : Notarized Birth Certificate submitted to USCIS via mail
1/3 : Notarized BC reached USCIS (USPS notification)
1/3 : USCIS receives the letter claiming financial loss for EAD - Under review by officials
1/3 : Senators office responds to request for assistance and requests information
1/6 : Senators office says they're unable to help me as they don't want to create another notification @ uscis as this will hinder my case progress.
USCIS has not updated the I-485 case status to say they have received my notarized birth certificate and my senator will not help me push my case through the pipeline. Is it true that their interference will cause issues?
I am quite stressed as I haven't been able to work for a while.. any idea as to when I can expect to see an EAD based on what current timelines are?
Any advice is welcome.
