Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview
A couple of questions with laying out the background first:
Married to LPR
RD for I-130: April 5, 2018 at California
RD for I-485,131 and 765: June 3, 2019 at NBC
On December 2, 2019, I-130 case was transferred to NBC from California
Today, the status for 485 has changed to ready for scheduling an interview.
However, none of the I-130, 765 or I-131 has been approved.
I raised 3 SRs for I-130 and 1 SR for I-765 and still not heard back from them.
Also sent a request to Ombudsman for I-130. Trying to get help from a congressman too.
A couple of questions:
1. How much longer will my EAD be approved generally speaking?
2. Typically how long will it take to receive the actual interview date for I-485?
