21 months after filing I130, still no interview
Congratulations to people who received their green cards! I hope this new year is a great start for every body.
I have been waiting for 21 months now after filing the marriage based I130 with Nebraska center for Houston field office. We filed I130 alone because I have a pending asylum in the court, and after the interview with USCIS and I130 approved, then we can move forward to request the adjustment of status with Immigration judge. I have done biometrics so the next notice should be for interview. Nothing really happened yet, no notice for RFE, no notice for interview. We called USCIS and also requested a status update online, USCIS customer service personnel told us everything was fine, they didn't need more documents/evidence, and asked us to wait for one month and then another 90 days and then another 120 days. The situation is so hopeless because you have no idea what is going on, and why they are holding up for so long, and what can we do. Sometime, you feel like just give me an answer, anything is good for me.
Is there anybody here in the same situation with me? any suggestions are greatly appreciated!

Nothing heard from USCIS since.
