I-485 - Case ready to be scheduled
Hi All,
I have been reading posts on the side lines for a couple months now. Hope you all are doing good.
My PD is July 24th, 2019. I have had my EAD since December 2019 beginning now.
MY I-485 case has been on 'Case ready to be scheduled' status since September 9th, 2019. I moved in October end so changed address on file. My case now says ' As of November 5th, 2019, your case is ready to be scheduled for an interview'. Since then, have not heard anything.
Although I have plenty of time before my EAD expires, when should I ideally file a renewal application so that it doesn't affect my word authorization or my driver's license validity?
Also - should I be concerned that I have not heard updates about my I-485? Should I contact a Tier-2 agent?
Any and all help is appreciated!
