I, myself, am one of those cases. Had my AOS interview 200 days ago and no decision because of pending bg check.
I am from a country that’s a member of the European Union and I really haven’t done any illegalities ever. Came to this country legally.
I’m trying to understand why it’s happening to so many people. Is it because of the new administration, the upcoming elections, the impeachment, the what?
Please share your thoughts to help me go through this infernal waiting.
