H1B, H4 Visa

Hi Friends,

Timeline:
January 12th, 2020 - Biometric
January 13th, 2020 - Visa Interview
January 16th, 2020 - 1st case status updated. Still Admin processing
January 22nd, 2020 - 2nd case status updated. Still Admin processing
January 23rd, 2020 - Issued
(waiting for the status to change to pickup now)

Background
I am tech consultant and sometimes travel to my client site for work. At the time my H1B petition was filed I was working on internal projects and there is no mention of client in the petition. At the time of interview I was traveling on my current project domestically and had a LCA amendment filed (not processed by that time). I carried the amendment receipt in case the VO asks about it (which she didn't).

Interview Experience
Me: Good afternoon
VO: Good afternoon, i-797 and passport please (Types for a minute)
VO: What is your title at the current firm?
Me: Associate Consultant
VO: And what would the role of an associate consultant be?
Me: I work in cloud computing. Our team supports the business consultants who are client facing by developing and supporting cloud products. As an associate consultant I help build those products and pitch them.
VO: What is your current salary?
Me: YYYY dollars
VO: (Typing everything) Have you had a change of status before?
Me: (I didn't quite understand what she wanted me to say but I said..) I first came on a J1 visa for an internship and then moved to F1 Visa for studies. Now I am moving to H1B for work.
VO: (Typed for another 2 minutes and clicked around)
VO: Your visa has been approved. You will get an SMS in 5 days after which you can come collect your passport.
Me: Thank you so much
