Marriage based Greencard
Hello everyone,
I am on Graduate student on F1 visa. My spouse is LPR. We have two infants. I am the bread earner of my family. My spouse does not work as she is very busy with handling our babies. I want to file marriage based greencard. My questions are:
1. Can I file the greencard (after filing I-130) even though she is not working because of handful works for caring our babies?
2. I have my relatives to file for affidavit of support. Is it appicable from the relatives or has it to be from my spouse?
