Hi everyone I file I 485 petition on marriage base and we had interview in January 2019 and after month we receive rfe to file I 601 waiver and we submit in April 2019 and after that we not heard anything from uscis many people getting response within 6 months my attorney said I can not do anything you have to wait now almost 9 months anyone have good advice thanks in advance
