Hello everyone! This forum has been really helpful to my husband and We just want to share our good news with you. We did our interview last week @ the Sacramento office. We got approved a few days later via uscis.com. now I have my green card in hand. Thank God. That part of the process is finally over. My process took only 9months. It’s nerves racking and it requires lots of patience. Everyone case is different but Trust God, have faith, do you part, put in the work and if your marriage is real you will be fine.
My advise to you is:
Start gathering your evidence together, organize them well. It makes it easier for you and easier for the officer to look at your documents.
Know your partner.
Know the I-485 & 130 Forms. It’s very important that you know these.
