Hope everyone's are doing great; after a year and 2 months, I finally obtained my (conditional) Green Card today. To reiterate, my timelines for the same are as follows (USCIS FO San Jose):

Biometrics - Jan 2, 2019
Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview - Mar 5, 2019

I-765 & I-131 (EAD+AP) "Card was received" - Aug 30, 2019
I-485 "Interview was scheduled" - Dec 2, 2019

I-485 "Your card is being produced" - Jan 15, 2020
I-485 "Your case has been approved" - Jan 16, 2020
