No update since
First, i gave myself a false relief when i thought im getting an ead. I begun to wonder why i would be getting ead without any update on my i485 and my son's application isnt moving as well. Thus, i double checked the case number on my hard copy and realized i had mistyped the case number on my uscis case status website. All this time i have been checking and getting update of somebody else's ead case.
Now, my anxiety is building up again as my respond to rfe has been hanging for 50 DAYS and no updates
Sometimes, im losing faith that our papers is going anywhere and that we are just wasting our time here. I really want to be back on track. And without ead or atleast a decision either good or bad. I wont be able to plan our next step.
Is there anyone who has the same experience regarding RFE MORE THAN 50 DAYS AND THERE IS STILL NO UPDATE?
