Hello,
I am married to the USC and I had my I-485 & I-130 interview on Dec 31 2019.
After the interview, the IO gave me the letter that saying that they need to review our case and if they require more evidence then they will send us a letter.
On Dec 31, 2019 (I-485) right after the interview, the status changed to Your interview for your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, was completed, and your case must be reviewed. We will mail you a notice if we make a decision or take further action.
On Jan 2nd, 2020 (I-485) Case Was Updated To Show Fingerprints Were Taken
On Jan 2nd, 2020 (I-130) case was approved
Has anyone experience that kind of status on the I-485?? And its been stuck that status about 25 days.
Please share your experience.
