Hi,
I have married to LPR. My timeline:
I -130 got approved on August,2019
I-485,I-765 receipt date June 27,2029
Biometric Aug 13,2019
It’s been 212 days I don’t see any movement of my case status.
I am F1 on cpt. I wish if I could have at least EAD, but unfortunately nothing has changed so far.
Is there a way I can request to extradite this process other than submitting service request?
I know I will be able to submit service request after 10days as per USCIS.Because normal processing time receipt date now June 18,2019.
Can anyone tell what I can do to expedite this process?
