K1 visa, got married and filled i485 with i765 and i131
Hey guys I came over on a k1 visa may 04th
Got married to my partner on June 04th, rest of timeline below.
-Filled i485, i765 and i131 all together on July 15th
-Biometrics was completed on August 12th
-request for evidence for i485 on September 18th
-evidence received on September 25th
- i765 says case was updated to show fingerprints were taken August 20th.
That is as far as I've gotten in that length of time, I feel like it's really dragging along, I'm in Philadelphia and my paperwork was sent to the NBC for processing. Anyone who came on a k1 having similar wait delays? Hope you guys can help and that all your processes run smoothly.
