NYC Oath ceremony schedule - how long was the wait if you requested a name change?
This is my first time to post here. I wanted to ask folks who've recently had their oath ceremony scheduled with the Federal Plaza in Manhattan but requested for a name change (so the ceremony will be with the judicial court), could you share your timeline? Do you know how often and what days of the week they hold the judicial ceremonies now?

I also wanted to ask what is the current US passport processing time, regular vs. rushed. I know the State gov has their published time but I wanted to see what the actual time is because I have several trips coming up both domestically (mid Feb) and internationally in April (one for work, and another to see my family abroad mixed with leisure). The challenge is I can't book my travel at all because the ceremony scheduling can happen anytime or can take a long while too. I also still need to apply for visas in the countries I'm traveling to (even with a US passport).

Here's my N-400 timeline in case it helps others who are earlier in the process:

January 6, 2020 - We approved your application. Your final step to becoming a citizen is to attend your naturalization ceremony
December 12, 2019 - You attended your interview
November 5, 2019 - We scheduled your interview
February 11, 2019 - We reviewed your biometrics
January 25, 2019 - We scheduled your biometrics appointment
January 24, 2019 - We received your application

I'd appreciate your input and thanks in advance!
