RFE 18 months after Interview

- EB based, had the interview 18 months ago
After waiting for such a long time, I received an RFE (white paper, not pink or yellow) with one request only for a new Medical Examination I-693 because the old one expired (after 2 years).
Is this good news that given there are no other requests in the RFE, they are likely to work on my case and approve after such a long wait? What do people think? Could you share similar experience and how long your wait is after the RFE has been submitted?
