This might sound silly but I am asking out of curiosity and frustration.
My 13 month old baby has health issues in that she has difficulty in walking all of a sudden and we have been paying numerous visits to the different hospitals for various tests. As a result, we have further incurred bills we never planned for. Up till now, hospitals we visited have not been able to decide what could be wrong. I like to know if this is a ground on which I can expedite my EAD. My spouse has been trying but her income hardly settles the bills every month.
Will I be on the right path if providing all the medical reports to immigration and subsequently tendering a request to expedite EAD. What do you guys think please?
