Hi guys, I have been a silent reader for some time and by God’s grace I just got my ten years green card and I want to share my journey with you.
Married in December 2017
PD: February 2018
Biometric: March 2018
Courtesy letter: I think April 2018
Work permit: July 2018
August 2019: Received letter stating interview scheduled for September 2019
September 2019: went to federal plaza with husband and lawyer for interview.. we were told they couldn’t find my file so they have to reschedule us
December 2019: A G-56 notice stating interview scheduled for January 2020 and my marriage turned 2 years also
January 2020: my husband, my lawyer and I went for the interview.. it was a Friday and it went well.. within an hour after the interview my online status changed to card in production and after a week and 3 days my ten years green card came in.
All I have to say is prayer is the key.. I prayed and God answered my prayer.. He will answer yours too, trust in Him!!!
