Citizenship

After lots of months I got my interview which I passed the tests, and officers asked me to bring some certified court dispositions about driving matters ,(cause I had send the copies from before 4,5 years that I had a broken mirror in my car. I took them on my date and the officer instead of keeping the original dispositions kept by mistake (!!!) the copies and said to me to do so!! ....3 days later I got a denial said that I should give the original!!! that is so unfair now I must submit a 336 form to prove the wrong and spend onother 2.000 in attorney fees (i dont have the passion for any other mistake I could cost in the new process )and form. I'm very disapointed how they make such a mistake!! Now are they go to recognize it?? I'm wondering what's my chances!!!
