Expedite request after biometrics possible?
Hello all
I am adjusting status from F1 to permanent residency by marriage to USC. I completed my biometrics today and would like to expedite the process so I can restart my job soon. What are the grounds for expediting the case?
I could claim credit card debt and being jobless for 2 months now, but my husband makes a 6 figure salary, so unsure if I can claim on the basis of financial loss. Please advice.
My timeline is below:
PD: 11/27/2019
Biometrics notice: 01/25/2020
Biometrics appointment scheduled: 02/05/2020
Biometrics done: 01/29/2020
