I’ve been waiting 156 days post-interview. The online status reflects “interview was completed and my case must be reviewed.”
I did two congressional inquiries to which USCIS replied that my case is pending extended review.
I’ll likely reach out to the USCIS Ombudsman next month and see if that helps. Might even file a writ of mandamus a couple months after that. We paid for a service and they are dragging their feet. It’s like, I have nothing to hide. My marriage is legitimate. Do a site visit. Schedule us for a second interview. Mail us an NOID. Do something other than leaving us in limbo.
Thank God my job keeps me sane!
