My dad got Heart Attack 10days ago. After I received this message from my family I called right away my lawyer to expedite but they wasn’t helping me so I decided to do it my self then I called USCIS and explained the situation they said I can do expedite. After that call they called me for appointment info pass they gave me appointment 30 Jan which was today.
Officers was so nice he asked me for prof of emergency n relationship proof to that person. I submitted my birth certificate n dr report’s then he convinced and ask me for 2 photos.
After half hours I got travel document.
But I don’t know is it safe to travel? Because my visa is expired but I am still attending college so I have I-20.
Do know what to do😥
