Based on new marriage
So I got married to a USC in 2017, but we have been dating since 2016 and i got a conditional green card based on my marriage to him.....he and I have been have issues on and off since we got married and then I found out he was still sleeping with this married woman he promised me he had stopped seeing.....a lot happen between us, he even called the police on me.

Long story short, I left him in December 2017. A few days later he called me and told me my approval letter had arrived, that was good news because after the interview, we were given a white paper.
When I first found out he was cheating in Nov 2017, I went out with my girls, I just wanted to feel norm, had a few to many drinks and ended up in a long time ex bf's bed.

In Jan 2018, I found bout I was pregnant not for my soon ex husband at the time but with this ex over a one night stand! But I had left my husband when I found out I was pregnant.

I went to see the ex and told him I was pregnant, he was excited and then proposed In Feb 2018.

He was still separated at the time like I was, so we both quickly got a divorce from our spouses and got married in June 2018 and had our baby July 2018.

Now my 2 years conditional green card has expired and I am now starting my application process all over again from the beginning with my husband based on my new marriage to him.

So since I am now divorced from my ex husband, I decided there was no need trying to renewing the old greencard since my new husband is a USC, I can just put in a whole new application and get another greencard based on my new marriage.

Have anyone been in a situation like this or heard of a situation like this?

If you have gotten your a Green card from an ex USC spouse and remarried another USC spouse and then started your greencard application from the beginning with your new spouse, please share your story, the challenges you faced , your experience with the whole process.

Thank you.
