Address to use and the section of the law
Dear Colleagues, i am pleased to informed that my EAD and ssn have been approved and arrived accordingly. This forum has indeed helped immensely. I am putting my documentation together for yet to be scheduled interview but my 2 main concerns are
1. My husband who is a US citizen is staying in governent house of which he is enjoying discount before we got married. I had also rented one single room. Now i have been told that my husband cannot add me to the lease as i am not yet US citizen. I therefore want to ask which address should we use in opening the joint bank account, and other documents( we used my rented house address to file for the forms )
Can anybody advise the law which states that my name cannot be added to the lease of my husband.Your response would be much appreciated on the law and the address to use
