9/9/2019 AOS from F1 Visa
Concurrent filing of forms i130, i485, i131 (Spouse LPR)

09/30/2019 Walk in biometrics
10/02/2019 Fingerprints accepted
10/30/2019 RFE for

1) Copy of my long birth certificate ( I have already sent this before, I even sent both long and short from the UK general registrars office )

2) Proof that petitioner is a US citizen

11/18/19 Response to evidence received

11/27/19 Expedite i131 for Humanitarian reasons ( called to expedite on the phone)

12/2/19 Contacted congress lady and filed out release form

12/31/19 Expedite rejected

1/2/2020 response from Congress lady that USCIS wants more evidence

1/10/2020 Email from USCIS to fax evidence

1/14/2020 Evidence faxed

1/21/2020 Evidence receive

01/27/2020 Case ready to be scheduled for interview

01/31/2020 i1765 New Card is being produced

Don’t give up! Get your Congress involved or senator, they can keep enquiring and keep USCIS on their toes on your behalf. Expedite if you have a valid reason. Make sure you state clearly what category under the expedite reasons you are expediting under. I believe that they throw LPR applications into a bottomless pit and you basically need to hustle to get your application moving along. Good luck to us all!
