2018 I-751 + RFE Timeline
Hi all,
This forum has been helping me not go insane knowing that other people are in a similar situation so I thought I would post my timeline too.
I-751 Submitted: 9/4/2018
Case received and 18-month extension letter received: 9/6/2018
10/12/2018: Fingerprint Review was completed
10/15/2019: RFE received
12/21/2019: My response to RFE was received according to UPS tracking number
Lawyer seemed confident I would get a response back in 2-4 weeks after submitting response. But since then still have not heard anything back and the latest update on my USCIS account is still "Fingerprint Review Was Completed" from 10/12/2018, nothing about the RFE even showing. Is information about RFE showing for anyone else?
Has anyone received an RFE from the Vermont Service Center lately and could you share how long it took for you to hear back?
