Guys it’s here. The card is here and so is episode 2 of the waterworks haha
I got the “new card is being produced” notification on Monday the 27th and I have it in hand today, Friday, the 31st. So very happy to leave this in January and start fresh. The new year starts tomorrow for me.
A few things you might want to know:
- I got the approval notices at the same time as the combo card
- the system first showed the EAD being approved alone, then 24 hours later the AP was too
- they only updated shipping info for the EAD, but it is, in fact, a combo card.
- the tracking number was not available on the email USCIS sent me but it was on the case tracker app and it was easy to follow through USPS
- “case ready to be scheduled” was last Friday (the 24th) and it hasn’t been scheduled yet but I’m in NYC, it might take a while.
- I am getting drunk tonight.
