SOS!! 485 INTERVIEW RESCHEDULE
Hello guys,
Hope all is well.
I requested to reschedule interview on 13th Jan by calling the Contact Center and mailing the local office (Newark NJ) because the interview date is during my coming honeymoon trip. On 15th Jan, the local office mailed me a letter (received in 10 days!!! NO emails at all) saying to write in a letter to request it, then I mailed out the papers again.....I have been calling the contact center several times, of cuz no updates and am not allowed to schedule an Infopass. Long story short, could anyone please give me any advises??? Anything else I can do???? My honeymoon trip is on 15th Feb which is in two weeks. Besides all the money and time I put into the trip, my office already assigned a new person to my team when I will be away. Right now I really donot know what to tell my HR and team.. Any comment is appreciated! Thank you all!
