2020 Nigerian Ban
I am a US born citizen and my husband is Nigerian. We live in the US.
We recently submitted his i485 / travel permit/ work papers-- and received confirmation that it is processing and priority date 1/13/2020. Im not sure what priority date means.
My question is -- will the new ban have any affect on my husbands case? He is here on a i94 tourist visa that has expired. I am very concerned.
