Hey guys! I’m sorta confused over the public charge rule taking effect Feb 24 literally a day before my green card interview.....
When I was on DACA under the age of 21 my mom had me on Medicaid ( later found out I shouldn’t have even qualified it was a mistake on the office, I have emails from the manger apologizing for the mistake someone made and that I didn’t have to pay anything back bc it was on them) my question is will this effect me at all? I was under 21 and right before I turned 21 they canceled it and said I no longer qualified bc I was turning 21? Anybody please anything helps!
