HELP!!! EAD expiring!! No Green card after interview??
Hi everyone,
I had my interview on January 10th. Everything went well. The officer said that I will receive my card in 3 weeks, but nothing. Status still "Interview was scheduled'.I just receive a notice saying that my i130 has been approved...
My concern is that my EAD, working permit is expiring in 12 days, can I continue to work with?? I was hoping to receive my GC before so i did not file for the renewal
