27th Jan Biometrics : Finished in 15 mins.

28th (US Consulate (Interview) ):

Me : Good Morning
VO : Good Morning

VO : Passport Please
Me : Handed over the Passport for me and my dependents

VO : Whats the relation ?
Me: She is my daughter and Spouse

VO: Whats the trip purpose
Me: I said Employment

VO: oh Yours I-797 please
ME: Handed over the I-797

VO :is this your First time H1b or extension
Me: Yes its the First Time

VO: are you going to work with Company or Client
ME: I said Client and told Client's Name

I was wearing my Company ID so no questions on Employer.

VO: I am issuing your VISA ! Please through the Pamphlet once you are free
Me: Okay Thanks Officer !

VO: Enjoy your Stay at USA !
Me: You have a nice day ahead Officer !

Kept my passport along with dependents passport .No questions to Dependents. Remember First Impression is last Impression.. lets the Officer speak and ask questions Dont argue with Officer, Keep your answers short and always greet whenever is the right time.

29th Jan - Administrative processiong
30th Jan - Issued for all

3rd Feb - Collected Stamped passport for me and dependents.

Tips :- Wear Formals and present yourself nicely to Officer, You get time as there are 4 rows, One row is called at a time inside and are collected the Fingerprints and then followed by interview process.
