Expecting my I765... They are taking their sweet time
Hi everyone, here is what my case is up to. It is family-based (not marriage) and applied for AOS from an F1 visa. My office is NBC
08/08/19 - I485,I131,I765 all received by USCIS
09/03/19 - Fingerprints reviewed by USCIS
No RFEs, no problems with the case.
And that is it... Nothing else... Even though my case isn't eligible for the "outside the normal time request" yet, I have seen that there are a few cases filed after me were already approved.
I have shed oh so many years because I had to turn down SO MANY jobs I wanted. No one wants to hire someone who is an entry-level employee and then wait indefinitely for them. Only depending on the savings I got from working while I was a student. Looking forward to getting evicted in a few months!
