I-485 still being processed after 6.5 months
Hi everyone
I’m new to this family based forum. I wanted to find out if anyone is having a similar experience that I am having. My husband petitioned for me in July of 2018, and he became a citizen in July 2019, of last year; however our I-130 hasn’t been approved as of yet and it’s still pending, and my I-485 is still at the national benefits center. It’s been 194 days of waiting. And there’s no movement at all, my case has not been transferred to my local office yet, the status still shows as fingerprint fee was received. Should I be worried? Anyone else going through the same thing?
