Can you Travel with the Approved i-131 notice..
A friend of Mine, has a Pending AOS ,
first he received his EDA Card
but not AP( not valid for re-entry) in the lower corner
A week after he received his !
approval notice but not document its been 3 week.
So last friday he spoke to a Tier 2 officer
he told him that he will not be receiving any other document
that his approval notice its the travel document
based on his case pending i -485..
My friend told him that he was expecting another
document with his photo attached
as mentioned on the notice
Like everyone else , but he said that thats only for people
Who have Like a DACA STATUS OR OTHER. but for AOS
HE ONLY NEEDS THE APPROVAL NOTICE.. nothing else..
Any one with the same experience..? Any advice for him
