Hello everyone.
i am currently stressed because this year in October I will be filing for removal of conditions for my wife, but the problem is there was an incident where my mom got my wife wrongly arrested for something she didn't do at ALL!. MY wife charges were assault and harrassment but thank God the charges were dismissed but they issued a order of protection. We agreed. The case will be dismissed and sealed but the order of protection was issued. My wife has never been arrested till this stupid situation that happened to her. I am stressing and really nervous. I am a US citizen. Will my wife not be able to receive her 10 year? The case was dismissed. She was not convicted and she did not get nothing involving community service Etc. Has anyone personally been through this situation?
