L2 EAD processing time and apply EAD while case is recieved
My L1 extension is approved on 4th feb 2020. I have applied premium processing for extension. My spouse L2 extension is showing recieved only. How much time will it take to get approval nowadys? Can I apply EAD now for my spouse even if the L2 petition case is pending. Is there any other way to get L2 extension soon ? Or will we travel to India and will do visa stamping and get new I94 for my wife while coming back?
