Filed I-130, I-485, I-765, and I-131 from OPT status
PD 8/13/2019 (filed I-130 successfully)
Returned I-485 and others twice due to:
(1) I-485 was not updated version
(2) PD cannot be determined. We re-sent I-485 and related “with I-130 receipt.” And then we received receipts finally.
RD 9/11/2019 from NBC
Biometric 10/9/2019 @ Atlanta
System updated twice: (1) fingerprints taken (2) fingerprints applied to case
1/2020 courtesy letter: remind to bring I-693 physical exam when GC interview
2/4/2020 I-765 “new card is being produced”
2/5/2020 I-765 and I-131 “case approved”
Right now, we wait for the card/ notice arrival.
We will update interview date once receiving related notices.
Hope everyone receive cards as soon as possible.
