One RFE was received twice by USCIS
Hi guys.
Not sure if anyone experienced like me, if someone did, please share your experience.
I got an RFE last month, and my attorney said she would take care of it, and she gave me the tracking number that she would send the RFE to Uscis. It was passed by 2 weeeks, I still found that tracking number was invalid, and my attorney said she did send the mail out. I was frustrated and impatient, then I decided to respond one more on the same RFE to Uscis. I use the overnight mail. And the next day I sent the mail out, Uscis respond they received my mail. Guess what, 3 days after Uscis received my mail, the tracking number that my attorney gave me was alerted and the mail was delivered to Uscis too.
Can anyone tell me what’s happening next? It will slow down my case process? Or something gonna happen? Please share my experience and ideas about this...I’ve been worried about this all day long.
