Priority date question
My I-130 was submitted about 3 months before the I-485, I-765 because we didn't have all the paperwork ready for the 485. On my receipts for 485/765 the priority date is that of the I-130. My question is what priority date is used for the 485/765? I-130 receipt date or I-485 receipt date?
I find myself constantly checking the case status on the app.
