Travel while i485 processing
Hi I am a USC & my husband is Nigerian.
Here is our timeline:
1/10/20 Mailed: i485, i131, i130
1/13/20 Priority Date
2/12/20 Biometrics Appt
His i94 expired 1/8/20. His Nigerian passport is valid.
Is he able to travel within the US? Will he get stopped by TSA? While is application is processing does that allow him to stay? And does he need to carry any specific documents with him.
The new Nigerian travel bans has us worried.
Any advice on this would be really helpful.
