I 751
This blog has been very helpful to me so I decided to share my experience! Since USCIS is very vague in regards of the amount of time one needs to wait to get his/her ROC process completed!
Anyway i dont have the exact dates but just approximate:
I applied for ROC I 751 at the very end of March 2019 NBC
I received the receipt and an 18 months extension in about 2 weeks
I went for fingerprints MKE office September 24th 2019
I saw New Card being produced on February 5th
Case approved on February 6th
Since then just waiting, my lawyer told me it will be a matter of days!
All together 10 months and 2 weeks NBC!
Good luck to everyone!
