Hey everyone, it has been more than 7.5 months since I applied for AOS and EAD w combo card. I haven't received any response or status update for my case. I called 5 weeks ago, and the IO told me that you should get your ead card soon. However, I suppose that was not correct. I already raised a SR for case outside processing time and the auto generated letter mentioned that they will respond no later than feb 28.
Has anyone had similar experience?
Anyone has any idea about the chances for me to get my ead card w adv parole?
This was based on marriage to a LPR.
My I-130 was filed earlier in March 2018 and I waited till June 2019 to apply for adjustment of status.
I changed my address once, and it was updated on file right away.
I have a fear that maybe I won't get any positive response and i may just receive another autogenerated letter stating that we have such and such number of pending cases and you just have to wait.
I'm currently working based on my CPT on F-1 visa, and never violated any immigration law, and have a couple of minor over the speed limit tickets.
